Terms and definitions: <\/b> <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> <b> Acceptance <\/b> &#8211; full and unconditional acceptance of the Public Offer by taking actions to make a money transfer using payment forms and funds posted on Sites, as well as by transferring funds to the current account of the Fund through banking institutions. The moment of Acceptance is the date of crediting the funds to the current account of the Fund. <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> <b> Payment <\/b> &#8211; voluntary charitable donation. <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> <b > Voluntary charitable donation <\/b> &#8211; a monetary transfer made by the Philanthropist to achieve the goals, objectives, directions and types of statutory activities of the Fund in accordance with the Agreement and the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations&#8221;. <\/p> <p class = \"p1 \"> <b> 2. Subject of the agreement: <\/b> <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> The subject of this agreement is the gratuitous transfer by the Philanthropist in favor of the Fund of funds to achieve the goals, objectives, directions and types of statutory activities of the Fund. <\/p> <p acceptance of the Agreement means that the Benefactor agrees with all its provisions, he is fully aware of the subject of the Agreement and the purpose of collecting donations. <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> The Agreement is concluded by unconditional and full accession of the Benefactor to of this Agreement and acceptance of all essential terms of the Agreement. <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> The Benefactor and the Foundation, guided by Art. 207, part 2 of Art. 639, Art. 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, Art. 7 of the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations&#8221; agree that the Agreement is considered concluded in writing without signing a written copy by the Parties from the moment of the Benefactor&#8217;s actions under the Agreement. = <p1 \"> <span class =\" Apple-converted-space \"> <\/span> The Agreement is posted on the website https:\/\/www.womensaid.net\/ in free access and in a way that provides access to the contents of this Agreement each person applying to the Fund. <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> The philanthropist cannot offer his terms of the Agreement. <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> <b> 3. Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties: <\/b> <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> The Foundation has the right to: <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> &#8211; Receive voluntary charitable donations and use them to achieve goals , tasks, directions and types of statutory activities of the Fund in accordance with the Agreement and the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations&#8221;. <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> &#8211; At the request of the Philanthropist to provide a report . <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> The Benefactor has the right to: <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> &#8211; Transfer the voluntary charitable donation to the Fund&#8217;s account in the manner specified in the Agreement; <\/p> <p class = - Request a report on the use of voluntary charitable donations. <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> <b> 4. Place of fundraising: <\/b> <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> Collection of voluntary charitable donations is carried out in any of the countries of the world. <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> <b> 5. Deadline for fundraising: <\/b> <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> Collection of voluntary charitable donations continues until the liquidation of the Fund, unless otherwise specified by the Fund. <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> <b > 6. Procedure for general access to the Fund&#8217;s reports <\/b> <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> The Fund&#8217;s reports are accessed by posting them on the Site under the heading &#8220;<b> Reports <\/b>&#8220;. <\/p> < p information = \"p1\"> Other information may be provided by the Fund in the manner and within the time limits provided by the legislation of Ukraine. <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> <b> 7. All expenses related to the transfer of donations are born by the Benefactor. <\/b> <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> <b> <span class = \"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span > 8. Other conditions <\/b> <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> The benefactor determines the amount of the voluntary charitable donation. <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> The donation is voluntary and non-refundable. <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> The Benefactor is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the transfer of the Donation. <\/p> <p class = \"p1\"> In order to comply with the Law of Ukraine &#8220;On Personal Data Protection&#8221;
