Entrepreneur, Ukrainian, public figure, initiator of several social projects. Member of the Board of Generation + Charitable Foundation and Soborna Ukraina International Charitable Foundation, created for the reconstruction of Ukraine.
In 2004 she founded her first business – creative agency ARENA CS: organizer of international events. In 2021, the agency hosted more than 1,200 events for corporations and international NGOs. Before the war, the agency had 70 managers.
Since 2013, I have been actively involved in public activities: I have been the author and host of the YouTube channel “Business Arena.” The channel’s mission is to develop Ukrainians’ economic and political literacy, inspire them to start their own business, and debunk myths about the economy.
In 2016-2018, we established a project to help internally displaced persons from Crimea and Donbas to start their businesses in a new place of residence together with the Ukrainian Women’s Fund. In 2 years, We trained 800 participants in the small business school. More than 400 project participants started their businesses, and 100 participants received grants to open or expand their businesses and create jobs in 7 regions of Ukraine.

After my first education, I became a biologist. Later I received a master’s degree in public administration and completed postgraduate studies at the National Academy of State Management under the President of Ukraine. During my career, I worked extensively in the field of international relations. In particular, I was a delegate of Ukraine to many international commissions and a member of working groups. I gained extraordinary experience in the peculiarities of implementing the socio-economic policy of the European Union, the USA, and Canada.
Activities as part of the working group on protection of socio-economic rights of people with disabilities in aspects of the lives of Ukrainians with disabilities and see ways to help. I realized that my vocation is to help the needy.
Since 2016, I have worked for one of the most powerful international charitable foundations that helps the elderly. This work has inspired me to do more – I have written scripts for creative meetings and organized and conducted many charitable, and cultural events.
I believe that fostering respect for creative achievements and cultural values is a fundamental foundation of world peace – preventing the spread of racism, chauvinism, Nazism, and anti-Semitism, providing a respectful attitude to the highest value – human life.
In 2019, I entered the TOP of professionals in the National Competition “Best Ukrainian in the profession.” I am convinced that I have the best job in the world because I help others to become stronger and overcome difficult life circumstances.
